What is an Esoteric Apothecary?
The definition of Apothecary is ‘someone who prepares and sells compounds for medicinal purposes.’ It was also considered a storage place for oils, herbs, clays and medicinal salts.

 

An Esoteric Apothecary is some one/or some place that is concerned with the Spiritual application of the Herbal practice (commonly known as Esoteric Herbalism) and who focuses on not only the raw plant materials involved, but also the energetic foundations and the levels of consciousness that are a part of each herb and mineral. All done in order to awaken the full potential and power of the plant, so it can serve the highest well being for all involved.

 

This ‘spiritual science’ is applied at every stage of the creative process so that the herbal intelligence of each plant can be released at its highest level in whatever elixer, tincture, balm or blend it is being used in. Deep consideration and understanding of the spiritual natures of each herb are applied as well as profound attention to detail, care for the client and love of the esoteric process and what it can create.

 

How long does it take to create an Elixer?
It depends on the herbs being used and what their purpose is. Some elixers take only a few days to develop, some can take several weeks or months to achieve their full potential. Most House of The Sun elixers take 2 – 4 months to create.

 

What kind of items are included in a SoulBox?
The intention with all of the House of the Sun products is to provide you with the highest quality herbal products to support your Spiritual Life. In accordance with that goal, we will provide a wide variety of products and personal care items that are meant to support and benefit you mind, body and soul. Please note ALL subscriptions auto-renew unless otherwise noted.

 

Where do you find product to put in the box?
All of the personal care and herbal products in each box are curated and hand made by me in my Herbal studio. From time to time I will also add various items that serve as support for the Herbal items, including candles, crystals, chocolates and other fun things, sourced only from the highest quality providers.

 

When I subscribe, when will I receive my first box?
All Boxes are shipped 10th of each month. When the 10th falls on a weekend, we will ship the Monday after the 10th. Transit times depend on the zip code. US transit days are generally 5-7 days. Canada and International, shipping can take up to 12 days.Orders must be received by the 8th to ship the 10th. Orders received after the 8th will ship within 5 business days unless we sell out. If this is the case your box will ship the following month.Please note ALL subscriptions auto-renew unless otherwise noted.

 

When will I be billed?
All monthly active subscriptions are billed at time of sign up and will auto-renew on the same day each month. SoulBox Subscription ships between the 10th-15th of every month.
You must Cancel at least 48 hours prior to day of your renewal or 2 days prior to shipping to deactivate subscription. Just log in to your paypal account under account summary section.

 

How much does it cost?
Month-to-Month $57.00 USD – charged every month (This includes priority shipping)
3 month prepay $165.00 USD (discounted) – charged every 3 months (This includes priority shipping)
6 month prepay $310.00 (discounted) USD – charged every 6 months (This includes priority shipping)
12 month prepay $595 (discounted) USD – charged every 12 months (This includes priority shipping)

 

How do I update my billing?
Just log into your account and go into billing details. You can update your credit card in this screen as well.

What are my payment options?
We accept all major credit cards through our secure payment gateway PayPal. If you need to make other payment options (check/money order) please contact us.

 

Can I gift a subscription?

All House of the Sun product is shipped via USPS or UPS.

 

Will I be notified when my box ships?
We will send you a tracking number once your order departs. Please make sure your email address on file is valid. If you do not receive tracking notification, please check SPAM.

 

Where does House of The Sun ship?
For subscriptions, the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, Australia, and Canada. For web store orders, we ship to 30 countries worldwide.

 

Are there shipping fees?
Shipping is included in your SoulBox Subscription. Other online store orders to US or International destinations will vary.

 

How do I update my subscription?
Log into your PayPal account and go into subscription details. You can modify your preferences inclusive of subscription frequency and credit card information.

How do I cancel my subscription?
I would be sad to see you go. Let me know what I can do to keep you happy.  You can also pause your subscription for up to 3 months by emailing contact@simonewright.com

 

Please make sure you cancel prior to the 8th of the month as there is a two day processing for subscription boxes and we ship on the 10th of each month. If you have any issues, please email us at contact@simonewright.com
